Building AI‑native businesses with aligned experts
xVentures gives experienced people a way to build and own a meaningful part of a growing business without building the whole company themselves.
We provide SOFE, our platform, and the businesses that run on it. Partners bring expertise, relationships, and judgment to the areas they know best.
How it works
xVentures owns SOFE, the platform. Three businesses run on it, each serving its own customers. Partners build the verticals inside them. Pick a business to see its verticals.

Catalyst finds what’s costing a business time, money, and capacity. Audits are the starting point. The SOFE platform turns what they find into software, workflows, and AI agents built around how that business runs.

Built by partners and councils
What each vertical builds flows back up into the platform.
The platform
Every business, and every vertical a partner builds, starts with these in place. They’re live today, running real parties, tutoring, families, and businesses.
A request comes in by text or phone. An agent takes the intake and drafts each reply for an operator to approve. The job is scoped, offered to the right provider, scheduled against their availability, and tracked to done.
A planner builds the party around what the child loves: the theme, printables with their name, a supply list sized to the guest list, and a table plan. Invitations go out, RSVPs and allergies are tracked, and every helper gets the party-day plan on their phone.
A parent snaps a photo of homework or a graded quiz. The workspace shows how each subject is going, skill by skill, and sets short practice on what came back shaky. The tutor sees the same picture, so each session starts where the child needs help.
SOFE reads the school and household email a family approves. Deadlines, payments, and events become items with a date, an owner, and a link to the original. The right person gets reminded by push, text, or email.
The same platform runs a business: a daily dashboard, projects, a knowledge base, a CRM, outreach, client work with time and invoicing, the books, and pitch decks. Catalyst shapes it around each business it audits.
Every week the list is pulled from organizers’ own calendars across the five boroughs, then sorted by day, age, and neighborhood on a map. Weekly Picks text each family the few that fit, and weekend trips come as a full plan.

The team
A core team of three, the engineers behind SOFE, two councils, and specialists who bring one skill each.

Julia Webb
Partner, Growth & Lifecycle
Leads growth for startups and scale-ups: performance marketing, marketing technology, and customer lifetime value, across healthcare, retail, and restaurants.

Verticals
A partner, or a small group of partners, takes real responsibility for one area of a business. No one has to start a company to pursue the opportunity.
How a vertical can grow, in Surehand
A partner who starts with kids’ birthday parties can grow that into local experiences. As the scope widens, their role and their share can grow with it.
The business already supplies
The partner brings knowledge of the market and the relationships in it. The platform barely changes as the vertical grows.
A council is a small group of aligned experts who shape one vertical and share in what it becomes.

The bargain
xVentures provides
You provide
xVentures equity
A share in the value of the company underneath every business.
Vertical economics
A share of what the vertical you help build earns.
You can be a partner in xVentures without taking part in every business.
For partners
xVentures keeps the core team small and brings in the right expertise where it counts.
Keep your independence
Keep your company, your career, and your other projects.
Build something real
Your expertise goes into a working business: its services, its standards, its relationships.
Share in the upside
Your contribution can turn into xVentures equity and a share of what your vertical earns.
A few hours a month
Light involvement
Expert input, introductions, and a say in key decisions.
Regular working sessions
Council member
Market development, service design, and key decisions for one vertical.
Ongoing
Vertical partner
Leads a vertical: customers, relationships, standards, and growth.
Find the opportunity
An area where your expertise gives you an edge.
Define the vertical
Agree on the market, the customer, the offer, and the scope.
Sign the agreement
Your role, your time, and how you share in the results, in writing.
Build and contribute
Use the platform. Bring expertise, relationships, customers, and judgment.
Grow your share
Your participation follows your role and contribution, and widens with the vertical.
Contribution creates opportunity. Opportunity creates ownership. Ownership gives everyone a reason to keep building.
Illustrative economics
xVentures is building the tools to make each partner’s contribution visible over time. Eligible contributions earn Contribution Credits, and the record feeds into each partner’s share.
Partner equity
Up to0.5%
A year, in xVentures. 12-month vesting, 3-month cliff.
Contribution equity
Up to1%
A year, earned through eligible contributions.
Vertical economics
Revenue or profit share
In the vertical you build, where it applies.
Built for independent experts
Participation is earned over time and set out in a written agreement. Each agreement covers:
One credit is worth $25 of contribution value.
Credits measure contribution value. They don’t turn into equity automatically: awards depend on the partner agreement, the kind of contribution, and the opportunity being built. The company values are examples for the math and say nothing about what xVentures is worth.
Portfolio
Start where your expertise is strongest. As you contribute and build trust, you can expand into nearby verticals and other businesses. Your relationship is with xVentures. Your share follows what you help build.

SOFE
Why it compounds
What one vertical builds stays in SOFE. The next one starts further ahead.

Technology built once
Every vertical runs on the same agents, workflows, and systems.
Fewer duplicate hires
Expertise joins where it’s needed, at the scale it’s needed.
Faster tests
A new vertical starts with customers, tools, and standards in place.
Relationships carry across
Partners, providers, and customer insight are shared between businesses.
For investors
xVentures AI Inc. is a single Delaware C corporation that holds the IP and brands of every business. An investment is in that company.
Who has invested so far
One platform, built once
Capital goes into SOFE, and every business and vertical runs on it.
Several paths to revenue
Catalyst, Surehand, SOFE, and future businesses grow on their own while using the same capabilities.
Experts with a stake
The people closest to each market share in what it earns.
Knowledge that carries forward
What works in one vertical cuts the time and cost of the next.
A growing portfolio
The company gathers businesses, capabilities, and relationships over time, so no single vertical has to carry it.
Every business is part of the same company, and each one adds to what it holds.
