The platform
Every business, and every vertical a partner builds, starts with these in place. Each one is already built and running on SOFE.
A request comes in by text or phone. An agent takes the intake and drafts each reply for an operator to approve. The job is scoped, offered to the right provider, scheduled against their availability, and tracked to done.
A planner builds the party around what the child loves: the theme, printables with their name, a supply list sized to the guest list, and a table plan. Invitations go out, RSVPs and allergies are tracked, and every helper gets the party-day plan on their phone.
A parent snaps a photo of homework or a graded quiz. The workspace shows how each subject is going, skill by skill, and sets short practice on what came back shaky. The tutor sees the same picture, so each session starts where the child needs help.
SOFE reads the school and household email a family approves. Deadlines, payments, and events become items with a date, an owner, and a link to the original. The right person gets reminded by push, text, or email.
The same platform runs a business, with a module for each part of it. An agent works across them and drafts the next step for the owner to approve. Catalyst shapes it around each business it audits.
Every week the list is pulled from organizers’ own calendars across the five boroughs, then sorted by day, age, and neighborhood on a map. Weekly Picks text each family the few that fit, and weekend trips come as a full plan.
